Commonwealth Foundation’s Special Grants Fund

The Commonwealth Foundation has announced the launch of a Special Grants Fund for Civil Society Organisations and Commonwealth Associations (CAs) to undertake strategic and innovative projects that will promote the 2011 Commonwealth theme on ‘Women as Agents of Change.’ The deadline is 15 July 2011.

The European Union and Human Rights: E-Learning course

The course is intended for university students, NGO staff members of human rights/social justice organisations from EU member states, accession countries and donor recipient countries, and others who deal with the EU’s human rights policies or external relations.

Gates Foundation: Access to learning award
